Online clothing stores

Anyone know of any cheap/low (or reasonable) priced online clothing stores that won't kill you with shipping/handling?

I'm not sure how shipping is but the clothes are really nice.

Try hautelook.com. It's owned by Nordstrams, but on the cheap.
