‘Leverage’ Star Christian Kane to Appear on ‘King & Maxwell’
Next Monday, the new TNT drama King & Maxwell, that stars Rebecca Romijn (‘Eastwick’) and Jon Tenney (‘The Closer’) in the lead roles, will feature fan-favorite Christian Kane in a recurring role.
Thanks to the folks over at TV Line, we know that Kane, who is best known for his role on the recently ended ‘Leverage’, will play the only slightly older black sheep brother JR of Romijn’s character Michelle. Kane’s character is being described as a “smart, charming and unconventional ex-cop who now works in the private sector”, calling upon his sister for help. But Kane will not surface until episode 6 so fans should hold tight until then.
It should also be noted that Romijn’s actor husband Jerry O’Connell (‘Mockingbird Lane’ and ‘Crossing Jordan’) will appear as a “bottom-of-the-barrel private investigator who is always one step behind”.
‘King & Maxwell’ is based on the David Baldacci novels about former Secret Service agents-turned-private investigators Sean King (Tenney) and Michelle Maxwell (Romijn) will debut on TNT on Monday, June 10 at 10/9c.
