Just heard about this last night. That is absolutely horrible. :( Poor Gabe, I saw him at cons a few times and he always seemed like such a sweet guy. I can't imagine what he's going through now. From what I've read, though, it seems that the baby is home now and that his wife is improving. Sounds like they've got a long haul, though. My heart goes out to all of them.
