I nearly died laughing while watching this video, especially the first few minutes!  It's a brother and sister who just had their wisdom teeth removed and are on their way home...

I have no clue how The Backlot Hot 100 were chosen, but if was just based on looks, someone's eyes need to be checked.  There were several on there that I would have never even considered and others that were low ranked, I thought should have been ranked higher (and vice versa).  Granted, I know I don't have the same taste as everyone else...but someone would seriously have to explain how some of those guys were hot.
