Thanks for putting up this masterlist and updating it as frequently as you do. It's very helful for those of us who like to read Sam/Dean or Jared/Jensen mpreg. I also don't know but as a helpful hint there's a Jared/Jensen mpreg that I found that I didn't find on your list.
