Yeah, I kinda stole this from smilesoftnsweet : 

I don't know much about that whole cross-post to Facebook/Twitter deal but from what I've heard/skimmed over, I don't like it. So please do not cross-post any comments/posts/anything (neither friends locked nor those left open to the public) from my LJ to either one of those sites.

LJ is a completely different zone for me and I'd really like it to stay that way. I don't need family/friends knowing about the stuff I write here or anything else I do on livejournal... so to reiterate please don't cross-post anything from my LJ.

Thanks! I really don't want all my stuff being cross-posted across the whole internet. My LJ and RL are completely separate, and I hope to keep it that way.
