The journal of a random thinker...

It's been two weeks since I've been back from Disney (AMAZING and tiring, but OH SO AWESOME), and life has been nothing but crazy (mostly work issues).

I hope all has been ok with each of you!

I know I haven't been around much since October, and I really don't see that changing much in the near future.  Things are still really hectic around the house and at work.  So much has happened since mom's surgery (she's still healing well), and I don't have the time to get into it right now.  I wanted to take the time to say HI *waves* and mention that even if I'm not around much, I still think of y'all and love that y'all are still hanging around. Some days (when I manage to get on briefly), y'all are the only bright spot of my day.  I hope y'all are doing well, and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas (if you celebrate--if not, Happy Holidays) and a safe and Happy New Year!

I know we all have selfish tendencies, even when we try our best not to.  But some people, some people really do not care about anyone or anything other than themselves.  And when you see how that person's actions hurt someone you love, it hurts you too.  And makes you wanna beat them with a 2 x 4.

Maybe I shouldIplay the lottery this week.

I went to the doctor today. The verdict: pharyngitis, strep throat, sinus infection and a cold.

Seriously. How did I manage that?!

I'm kinda stupidly excited for this movie. We've got Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jason Momoa pops in as Aquaman, and even JDM as Thomas Wayne (Jason and JDM aren't in the preview)!  I wasn't too sure about Ben Affleck as Batman, but I'm liking what I've seen.  Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luther is kinda terrifying in that manic/homicidal way (which I also love).  We didn't get to see much of Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), but I liked what I saw.  I haven't been this excited for a movie in quite some time.  What are your thoughts on this movie (if interested)?

I know I have a tendency to be a bit antisocial.  I have these moments where I love interacting with people, hanging out and getting to know others, and then, BAM!  I don't want anything to do with anyone for weeks and even months at a time.  Lately, I've noticed that these times are getting longer and longer, especially online.

With that said, Tuesday begins a new month.  One of my favorite months, actually.  So, I'm offering this:  ask me anything (WITHIN REASON) that you may like to know about me.  I'll say this though, if it's too personal, I reserve the right not to answer.

Thank you for screwing with my journal.  Again.  After continuously opting out of all your recent changes, you have now forced me to have this journal and use your unnecessary changes.  One that I don't like.  One that I have paid for.  You continue to disappoint me over and over again.  I'm seriously thinking about actually leaving.
