Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

I know I haven't been around much since October, and I really don't see that changing much in the near future.  Things are still really hectic around the house and at work.  So much has happened since mom's surgery (she's still healing well), and I don't have the time to get into it right now.  I wanted to take the time to say HI *waves* and mention that even if I'm not around much, I still think of y'all and love that y'all are still hanging around. Some days (when I manage to get on briefly), y'all are the only bright spot of my day.  I hope y'all are doing well, and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas (if you celebrate--if not, Happy Holidays) and a safe and Happy New Year!

Also, dude, what's up with the weather? Mom made the traditional gumbo last night and turned the air conditioner down to make it seem colder.

Man, I have no clue what's been going on with the weather. I've been saying our weather is bipolar. Going from 80+ to 20- in one week is ridiculous. No wonder everyone seems to be sick.

Yup. After hitting the 20s two days ago, it's going to be in the 70s this week. *headdesk*
