Got the internet back today! All the problems were because my nephew didn't plug the ethernet cable into router.  So glad I decided to hook everything up correctly today.

I saw this on Instagram the other day, and it went with a 30 day music meme.  I have a lot of favorite songs, a lot of songs that mean something to me, so I decided not to do that one.  Someone, in the comments, had suggested doing a meme where you post the first and last song that you heard during the day, and I thought that sounded much more fun.  So, here it goes:

Does anyone know of an easy, free, reputable PDF to Word converter? I tried one from cnet.com and it was just a bunch of malware that thankfully my laptop stopped me from downloading. Even still, a couple programs downloaded themselves which caused all my memory to stop work and my computer to shutdown. I'm now running scan after scan to make sure nothing was compromised.

I'm in need of some advice.  I'm looking for an e-reader.  I want one that is really good, but not too expensive. I would prefer one that has wifi to connect to purchase books, but not one to play online. Any suggestions as to which I should look into?

It's a bit early, but it's already Christmas for some of you.  I want to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas!  And for those who don't celebrate, Happy *insert holiday* to you!  May tomorrow be filled with lots of love and happiness for everyone!  And for those traveling, I wish you safe travels!

Every winter, I get dry scalp.  I'm used to it.  Normally, it's manageable.  But for some reason, this year, it's not. 

I've switched shampoos twice, I'm using Tea Tree shampoo.  I'm doing what the hair stylist said to do...and it's getting worse.  It used to be in a very isolated, small spot above my left temple.  Now, it's the entire left side of my head.  Seriously...you could draw a line down the center of my head and see that it's only on the left side.  I have no clue what else to do. 

Do any of you guys have to deal with the same thing?  Any ideas of what I can do?

I've noticed a lot of people heading over to Dreamwidth again, so I thought I'd update my journal over there as well. Apparently, someone hacked my hotmail account, and it's now locked. Whoever hacked it changed the my recovery email addresses and half my information, so now the Microsoft teams have to decide if I provided enough previous info to recover my account and turn it over to me. So if you get an email from me (billysgirl5@hotmail.com) and it's asking for something or is spam, I'm sorry.

This freaking SUCKS!!

EDIT:  I have my account back, but A LOT of emails were sent out. So if you've gotten an email from with the subject as "(no subject)", DELETE IT! Once again, I'm sorry!
